Excel 2010 has been enhanced with new features including data analysis and visualization. Spark lines allows users to have a compact and concise visual representation of their information using embedded charts within their worksheet cells. Another feature named Slicers lets users segment and filter out their data in various layers with less formatting.

Outlook 2010 now has the ability to streamline your inbox with e-mail threads that summarize long e-mails as well as give them priority ratings, and categories for filing.
